Roles and responsibilities of an MES engineer 1.Understand and determine the project requirements: a)The first step in project planning is to gather requirements from the end user. b)Need to take the time to listen and understand their point of view and ask their requirements, it helps us  in problem-solving in further situations. c)Based on the information, one can determine what things are needed to deliver to the user. Prerequisites Before Approval of a Master Recipe in MES

 Greetings of the day...! We are much familiar with the creation of master recipe and its approval process.Any how here some of the points that i want to discuss prerequisites which are given below: 1.Verify the materials availability. 2.Building block wise creation. 3.Tolerances of materials must be in range with the installed weighing balance capacities in shop floor. 4.Equipment and its properties creation in Data manager client. 5.Created MBR or Recipe must be inline with Bill of materials(BOM) 6.Created recipe must be inline with the manual batch record. 7.Recipe simulation by the production users so that we can easily modify the changes according to their requirement. 8.Recipe review by QA team. 9.Export recipe from quality to production environment once comments updated given from CFT departments. 10.Give trigger from SAP to link the BOM to created recipe,after BOM final approval. 11.Then go for QA approval.                   ...
