Scanner is the device used in the automated processes to scan Barcode or QR codes. Normally scanner is used in the manufacturing processes to Identify and Bind Materials, Batches, Sublots, Equipments to the process. Manual identification for said items always will be a risk for accidental errors. Using scanners in automated manufacturing processes will avoid human errors and maintains integrity.
